I have been to these things for the past 4 or so years, and always have a great time. Here is the itinerary for the day (apologies for the poor quality):
They are basically the same every year but with such a great array of lecturers it is never dull nor repetitive. We have to take both the Lower Sixth and the Upper Sixth as they’re only allowed one day out per subject per year, and because we want them to see the Tragedy lectures and the Aeneid lectures we have to do then alternate years. Does that make sense? It’s a bit of a shame really as the Lower Sixth don’t study the Aeneid until next year, but the Jenkyns lecture should appeal a bit more perhaps.
Anyway, hope the snow isn’t an issue and it all goes ahead! See you there if you’re taking a class.
